PR veteran Dr Suresh Gaur Honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award for PR, Comm. at Swami Vivekananda National Conclave 2026

New Delhi: Renowned Public Relations and communication professional, educator
and five-world-record holder blogger Dr. Suresh Gaur was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Relations & Communication at the Swami Vivekananda National Excellence Award 2026, organised by the Ramakrishna Paramahansa Foundation, Kolkata, at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.
The award recognises Dr. Gaur’s longstanding contribution to the fields of Public Relations, communication, education and thought leadership.

ow the digital revolution has fundamentally transformed the role of communication professionals.
“Thoughts become posts. Posts become conversations. Conversations shape perceptions, and perceptions shape reputation. That is the new reality of communication, Dr. Gaur recounted his Lifetime journey to perfection.
Dr. Gaur emphasised that Public Relations can no longer remain limited to publicity, media relations and visibility. According to him, the future of PR lies in participation, meaningful engagement, credibility and trust.
Addressing the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Gaur said that AI is transforming the creation, distribution, analysis and personalisation of communication. However, he emphasised that technology cannot replace human responsibility, ethics, context, conscience and emotional understanding.
“I do not see the future as Human versus AI. I see it as Human Intelligence amplified by Artificial Intelligence — the human mind with the power of AI.”
He called upon communication professionals to combine digital intelligence with human intelligence, describing ethics as an essential counterpart to technology.
Dr. Gaur said the ultimate measure of communication should not merely be how many people see a message, but how many
people understand it, trust it and take something meaningful from it.
The Swami Vivekananda National Excellence Award 2026, themed around building a responsible, ethical and future-ready digital media ecosystem, brought together thought leaders, journalists, policymakers, technologists, academicians and change-makers.
