Chanadigarh: Chandigarh: The Chief Minister of Haryana, Naib Singh Saini, paid a visit to the residence of Bhupinder Singh Dhillon in Chandigarh on Wednesday to check on his health and recovery progress. Bhupinder Singh Dhillon, a respected political figure and former political secretary to the late Parkash Singh Badal during his tenure as Chief Minister, has been recuperating following spinal surgery.

The surgery, which took place on April 28, 2026, was a significant procedure, and Dhillon has been advised by his doctors to take an additional month of rest to ensure a full recovery. Speaking about his condition, Dhillon remarked, “The doctor has advised me to take one more month of rest for a complete recovery.” Known affectionately as “Bhoop ji” in the Sri Muktsar District, Dhillon is a well-regarded personality in the region, recognized for his contributions to public service and his close association with the late Parkash Singh Badal.

Chief Minister Saini expressed his heartfelt wishes for Dhillon’s speedy recovery during the visit.
