Online portal to report workplace sexual harassment; investigation under DSP supervision

Chandigarh Police confirmed that once a complaint is filed on the portal, it will immediately be directed to the relevant Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the concerned organization or department. Most importantly, the entire process will be closely monitored by a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to ensure that justice is not only promised but delivered efficiently.
Officials believe that the launch of this portal will encourage more women to speak up without the fear of facing bias or retaliation. According to a senior officer, “This platform reflects our commitment to listening to women’s concerns and ensuring quick and transparent investigations. Every case will be reviewed thoroughly, and no complaint will be overlooked.”

They can even upload supporting documents or media, if available. Once submitted, they receive a unique tracking ID to monitor the progress of their case.
