Strong Earth Quake rocks Japanese Izu Islands
Tokyo: An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 jolted Izu Islands, Japan, at 04:49:52 GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 409.088 km, was initially determined to be at 29.0005 degrees north latitude and 139.3466 degrees east longitude. Japanese government has immediately sent relief teams to the earthquake site with necessary medical aid and personnel.
