Pinky Irani arrested in connection with Sukesh Chandrasekhar case

New Delhi: Delhi Police arrested Pinky Irani in connection with Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s alleged extortion case.

According to the Delhi Police statement, during the investigation of Sukesh Chandrasekhar case, Pinky Irani, resident of Mumbai, joined the investigation at Economic Offences Wing (EOW) office on Wednesday and after having sufficient evidence against her, she was arrested in this case and produced before the court, where she has been sent to Police custody remand for three days. Further investigation is in progress, Police statement said.
It is allegedly that Pinky Irani introduced Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez to alleged conman Sukesh.
Actress Fernandez was questioned earlier by the EOW and Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with alleged Sukesh’s extortion case. (UNI)
