Park Hospital Mohali conducts Joints Check-up of 150 Patients on Baisakhi

Mohali: Over 150 patients were screened in a free joints problem camp at Park Hospital , Mohali on Sunday.
A team of doctors including Dr Bhanu Pratap Singh, Director (Ortho and Robotic  Joint-Replacement), Dr Anil Kapoor Vashisth (Consultant orthopedics)  gave free ortho and physiotherapy consultations to the patient.
A 50 percent discount on X-Ray and other ortho related investigations were also offered.
Dr Bhanu Pratap Singh said that Park Hospital  is offering free robotic technology to the patients till April 30. This initiative aims to make advanced healthcare accessible to every section of society.
He added further that now we are doing robotic knee replacement surgery powered by 3D augmented reality AR and artificial intelligence in just 12-15 minutes. There is no requirement of blood transfusion, no sutures and no drains. The surgery is performed withy a  small cut of 3.5-4 inches and the patient can walk 4 hours after the surgery, he informed.
