Opp. leader Ajit Pawar takes review of rain situation in Konkan, Nashik & Nagpur
Mumbai: In view of torrential rains causing flood-like situation in many districts of Maharashtra, the Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly and senior NCP leader Ajit Pawar on Tuesday discussed the situation with the divisional commissioners of Konkan, Nashik and Nagpur regions by telephone.
He assured them of full support by the local people’s representatives to the state emergency services and the district administration.
Pawar instructed the people’s representatives and the party activists as well as other opposition parties to take to the streets in case of any emergency and render help to the people as much as possible. (UNI)
