Modi most popular, vibrant, visionary leader: Justice Shah

New Delhi, Feb 6 (UNI) Supreme Court Judge Justice M R Shah on Saturday described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the most popular, loved, vibrant and visionary leader.
Justice Shah praised the Prime Minister during a function, organized to celebrate the diamond jubilee of the Gujarat High Court.
Starting his address, Justice Shah said, ‘I am glad and feel privileged to participate in the function to celebrate the diamond jubilee of the Gujarat High Court and that too in the presence of our most popular, loved, vibrant and visionary leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
‘One of the essential features of the democratic republic established under the Indian Constitution is the division of powers between Parliament, executive, and the judiciary,” he added.
He felt proud that the Gujarat High Court has never crossed the “Lakshman Rekha” (boundaries of power/code of conduct) and always delivered justice.
Justice Shah also said that the Gujarat High Court was his “karmbhoomi”. He served as a judge for 14 years there and also practiced for several years.
