Himachal Day celebrated in Punjab Raj Bhavan

Chandigarh: Punjab Raj Bhavan was reverberationg with  classic Pahadi (Himachali) melodies and traditional Natidances  this afternoon,  as Guv House invited Himachali dance troops in  Chandigarh.

On the occasion of Himachal Foundation Day, a special function was organisaed by Raj Bhavan which was graced by Shri Banwari Lal Purohit, Administrator Union Teritory and Governor of Punjab. Several  important invitees, Himachali residents and Raj Bhavan staff also witnessed the spectacle which lasted about two hours.                                                                                         (Report from Roshan Lal)
