All AAP MLAs will present their stand before Sri Akal Takht Sahib: CM Mann
Chandigarh : Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Sunday announced that all legislators of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will visit Sri Akal Takht Sahib to present their stand before the Sikh clergy. Making the announcement, the Chief Minister said the party’s MLAs would pay obeisance at Sri Akal Takht Sahib and respectfully place their position before the Singh Sahibans.
“We have the highest respect for the supremacy and traditions of Sri Akal Takht Sahib. All our MLAs will go there and present their stand before the Singh Sahibans,” Mann said. The Chief Minister’s statement has triggered political discussions across Punjab, with the announcement drawing attention from both political and religious circles.
