PRSD Chairman GS Bawa Conferred Triple Honours for Contribution to Civil Aviation and Nation-Building
New Delhi : Hon. Amb. Gurmukh Singh Bawa, Chairman of the Public 
Relations Society, Delhi (PRSD), has been conferred with three prestigious honours by the World Culture and Environment Protection Commission (WCEPC) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to Civil Aviation and Airport Management, social development, and nation-building. The honours presented in New Delhi include: i) Bharat Gaurav Ratna Samman (Certificate of Excellence & National Honour), ii) The WCEPC International Ambassador Award, iii) National Membership of WCEPC.
The recognition acknowledges his over three decades of professional excellence in the Aviation and Airport management sector alongside his sustained engagement in public welfare, cultural preservation, and 
environmental initiatives. The WCEPC citation read:
“In recognition of your outstanding contribution in the field of Civil Aviation & Airport Management Excellence and your unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research dedication, and social upliftment.
Your dedication has inspired many and set a benchmark in the academic community. We are honored to bestow upon you the title of “International Ambassador Award”, with all the rights, privileges, and honors thereto pertaining.”
The WCEPC International Ambassador Award recognizes Bawa’s dedication to excellence in Civil Aviation and Airport Management, where he spent over 34 years in AAI, while the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Samman celebrates his key contributions toward social welfare, nation-building, healthcare, and environmental conservation. His induction as an Honorary Ambassador and National Member of WCEPC, further cements his alignment with the organization’s ongoing global mission. 
Commenting on the recognition, Hon. Amb. GS Bawa averred: “I am deeply humbled to receive this triple honour, which I view as a tribute to the entire PR fraternity and PRSD’s core mission — ‘We are Mentor & Incubator to IGNITE PR.’ I dedicate this recognition to our colleagues in Civil Aviation and Airport Management who work tirelessly for the nation, as well as to the larger vision of a Viksit Bharat.
