Health Minister Inspects Hospitals in Mohali

Mohali, Punjab: Health Minister Balbir Singh made a surprise visit to several hospitals in Mohali to inspect the healthcare facilities and understand the ground situation. During the visit, Singh interacted with patients to inquire about their health and the quality of services being provided. The inspection comes at a time when the government is focusing on improving healthcare infrastructure and ensuring better services for the residents of the region.

Balbir Singh, during his visit, assured that the government is committed to enhancing the medical services in the state. Speaking to the media, the Minister said, “The health and well-being of our people are crucial. We are working on initiatives to strengthen our healthcare system, and part of that involves recruiting more doctors to fill the current vacancies.”

As part of the government’s ongoing efforts to address the growing demand for healthcare services, Singh announced that 1,000 new doctor vacancies will be filled soon. This move is expected to strengthen the healthcare sector and help address the shortage of medical professionals in hospitals across Punjab, particularly in rural areas.

The Health Minister’s visit aimed to evaluate the hospital conditions and ensure that patients are receiving the best possible care.
