KASHMORE: In Sindh’s Kashmore, in the early hours of Sunday, a group of thieves attacked a Hindu place of worship, allegedly with “rocket launchers.” This is the second time in less than 24 hours that damage has been done to a Hindu place of worship. The first thing that happened was in Karachi, where Hindus woke up on Saturday to find that the old Mari Mata Temple Soldier Bazaar had been torn down. This was recorded by the Dawn.

In Kashmore, the attackers went after a Hindu temple and the nearby homes of Hindus who live in the area covered by the Ghouspur police station. They shot at the temples and houses without care. After hearing gunshots, Kashmore-Kandhkot SSP Irfan Sammo took a group of police officers to the scene.

The police official said that the thieves fired “rocket launchers” at the place of worship. During the attack, the temple was closed, which was lucky. The police officer also said that the temple opens every year for the Bagri community to hold religious services, as reported by the Dawn.

Dawn is an English-language newspaper from Pakistan that has been around since 1941.

“After the beating, the suspects ran away. “Police are searching the area right now,” he said.

SSP Sammo thought there were between eight and nine shooters, who were being looked for in riverine areas.

Suresh, a member of the Bagri community, said that the dacoits’ “rocket launchers” did not go off, so no one was hurt. This was reported by the Dawn.
