Prof Bidhu Bhusan Mishra is appointed VC of Sambalpur university

Sambalpur: Prof. Bidhu Bhushan Misha has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Sambalpur University.
Chancellor of the university cum governor of Odisha Ganeshi Lal has finalized the appointment of Prof. Mishra for four years.
The post of the vice-chancellor was lying vacant after the resignation of a controversial VC, Sanjiv Mittal from Haryana.
Prof. Mishra was the Head of Deptt. of Business Administration in the department at Utkal University having a vast academic experience of 34 years.
He was also an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. Before joining Utkal University, he had served for long years at Berhampur university.
Prof Mishra has written nine books and published 122 in national and international journals, sources said.
