Thiruvananthapuram, March 11: Kerala Finance Minister KN Balagopal on Friday presented the State Budget for 2022-23 with an additional resource mobilization to the tune of Rs 602 crore. The estimated revenue earnings is Rs 1,34,097.80 crore and revenue expenses
Rs 1,57,065.89 crore bringing down revenue deficit to Rs 22,968.09 crore. The additional expenditure for 2022-23 came to Rs 1,081 crore while the additional resource mobilization projected was Rs 602 crore. Cumulative Deficit at the end of the year is 761.16 The average GST collection in the months of January-February 2022 has recorded a growth of 14.5%. The Assembly will debate the Budget on March 14, 15 and 16
