Yashwant Sinha meets Kerala CM, Opposition leader, MLAs

Thiruvananthapuram: Combined opposition candidate for Presidential election Yashwant Sinha met Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Opposition leader VD Satheesan here on Wednesday.
Yashwant Singh also met CPI(M)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) and Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) MLAs and sought their votes for the presidential election as part of kicking off his election campaign in Kerala.
The Chief Minister tweeted that “Members of @kerala_assembly extended a warm welcome to @YashwantSinha ahead of the upcoming Presidential Election.”
“Offered wholehearted support in this fight to protect our constitutional, democratic and secular values from the clutches of authoritarianism and communalism. https://t.co/ju4ZkEKRZx,” he added.
