Veteran actor Prakash Raj injured while shooting in Chennai
Admitted to Hyderabad hospital for Surgery
Hyderabad, Aug 10 (UNI) Veteran actor Prakash Raju, who was injured on the set of a Tamil Film in Chennai on Tuesday, was admitted to Sunshine hospitals in the city to get the surgery.
He suffered injuries during the shooting of Dhanush’s movie in Chennai.
Doctors recommended Prakash Raj to undergo surgery after he was taken to a hospital in Chennai, according to sources here.
Taking to Twitter, Prakash Raj said: “A small fall.. a tiny fracture.. flying to Hyderabad into the safe hands of my friend Dr. Guruvareddy for a surgery. I will be fine nothing to worry .. keep me in your thoughts.”
Dr. A. V. Gurava Reddy is an Internationally recognized, Indian Orthopedic Surgeon and Joint replacement expert. He is the Managing Director and Chief Joint Replacement Surgeon at Sunshine Bone and Joint Institute – Sunshine Hospitals in Hyderabad.
Prakash Raj is running for the movie Artistes Association (MAA) in the forthcoming elections. He is the MAA’s presidential contender and is the chairman of a panel.
