UP: Teenager arrested for posting Yogi’s objectionable photo

Badaun, Jan 17 (UNI) A teenager has been arrested for posting an objectionable photo of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on social media in the Sahaswan area of the district here on Monday.
Police said that Prince Yadav (17) a resident of Silhari village in Sahaswan area posted an objectionable picture of the CM on social media and made it viral. An FIR has been lodged against him under section 500 of the IPC (defamation) and relevant section of the IT Act.
Superintendent of Police (Rural) Siddharth Verma said that the teenager has been arrested and sent to juvenile home at Bareilly after being presented in the juvenile court.
