Shimla, April 5: Two Afghanistan nationals were held from Delhi in connection with possession of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, the Himachal Pradesh police said here on Tuesday. Superintendent of Police Shimla, Monika Bhutunguru said that an FIR was registered under Section 21 NDPS Act at Police Station Rampur, wherein Shimla Police recovered 7.15 gm Chitta/heroin and 1.14-gram crystalline substance (MDMA) from the possession of the accused. To break the drugs supply chain, Shimla Police has worked on the backward linkage and arrested two African nationals under Section 29 NDPS Act from Delhi. Further investigation is in progress. (UNI)
