‘Suspicion on neighbors’ like situation in country: KTR

Khammam: Telangana IT and Industry Minister K T Rama Rao on Saturday alleged that ‘suspicion on neighbors’ like situation was being created in the country.

Speaking at a public meeting after inaugurating developmental activities worth Rs 11.75 crore in this district, Rao said the Muslims brothers in the country had expressed their protests on the comments of some of the leaders. Why did this situation happen in the country? Who causes this? Suspicion on neighbors like situation is being created in the country, he said.
The Minister said, the leaders should think about the problems of the people including housing, water, electricity, unemployment and among others. Instead of this, the leaders were politicizing in the name of caste and religion for votes.

Rao said nowhere in the state, developments like these took place in Khammam Corporation. The Lakaram tank was totally polluted during the regime of the earlier governments. But the TRS Government developed the tank and constructed cable bridge, musical foundation and among others worth about Rs 11.75 crore. It attracts hundreds of people every day, he said.

“When we are doing good work, without showing fingers in the state on development and welfare, the opposition leaders are indulging in cheap politics”, the Minister added. (UNI)
