Saudi crown prince Salman Al Saud starts diplomatic tour

Riyadh: Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud left on Monday for an official diplomatic tour.
The Saudi Royal Court said that he will visit Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey upon the directives of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The crown prince will meet the leaders of these countries to review bilateral relations and ways to enhance them, in addition to discussing issues of common interests, it said.
The tour comes before the recently announced U.S. President Joe Biden’s visit to Saudi Arabia scheduled on July 15 and 16, which will be Biden’s first visit to the kingdom and the Middle East since he became the U.S. president. (UNI/XINHUA)
