Mumbai, April 30: Bollywood’s first chocolate boy, Rishi Kapoor, was remembered on Saturday, on his second death anniversary. The ‘Bobby’ actor had died on April 30, 2020, at the age of 68. His daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahini shared a throwback picture of her childhood, along with him on her Instagram handle and captioned it “Papa,” along with a red heart emoji. In the picture, the ‘Saagar’ actor can be seen holding baby Riddhima in his arms. RRR actor Alia Bhatt also remembered her father-in-law on his death anniversary. Taking to Instagram, she shared a family picture, wherein the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor shared space with Rishi, his wife Neetu, and ‘Rockstar’ actor & husband Ranbir Kapoor. Neetu also shared some emotional stories and messages posted by the actor’s fans and other celebrities. Rishi Kapoor, nicknamed ‘Chintu,’ is the recipient of four Filmfare Awards and a National Film Award, among several other accolades. The versatile, evergreen actor had debuted in the Indian film industry with his father Raj Kapoor in movie ‘Mera Naam Joker’ in 1970 and as main lead in ‘Bobby’ in 1973. His last film was ‘Sharmaji Namkeen.’ which was released on March 31, 2022. (UNI)
