Speaking at the concluding rally of the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ in Patna, Gandhi described Bihar as a “revolutionary state” and said people came out in large numbers to support the campaign against the BJP.

“We will not let them murder the Constitution. That is why we took out this yatra. People raised the slogan ‘vote chor gaddi chhor’,” Gandhi said.

He further declared, “Have you heard of anything bigger than an atom bomb? It is a hydrogen bomb. BJP people, be ready. Soon, the country will know the truth of vote chori. After that, Narendra Modi ji will not be able to show his face.”

Gandhi alleged that votes were “stolen” in the Maharashtra Assembly elections and claimed his party had already presented evidence of such irregularities in Karnataka’s Mahadevapura Assembly segment.

“I want to tell the youth of Bihar, vote chori means theft of rights, democracy, and employment. They will even take away your ration cards and other rights,” he said.

The remarks came as part of the INDIA bloc’s 1,300-km ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’, which covered 110 assembly constituencies across 25 districts of Bihar. The final march in Patna was stopped midway by police at Dak Bungalow crossing, where leaders addressed a large gathering.

Rahul Gandhi was joined by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, and several leaders from CPI, CPI(M), CPI(ML), TMC, Shiv Sena (UBT), and other INDIA bloc allies.

The march began at Gandhi Maidan with floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi, marking the culmination of the campaign launched from Sasaram on August 17 to highlight alleged irregularities in Bihar’s voter rolls.
