Punjab Cabinet Approves Land Pooling Policy

Punjab : Cabinet has officially approved the much-anticipated Land Pooling Policy aimed at transforming urban development and protecting farmers’ interests. This policy will be implemented in the first phase across 27 cities in the state, marking a significant step towards modernizing land management and urban planning in Punjab. Land pooling is a development model where multiple landowners voluntarily pool their land parcels together for planned development and infrastructure projects.
