Power Finance Corpn. reports impressive Q3’22 results
Interim Div. declared Rs. 6; upscales to Rs 10.75 in the Yr'22
New Delhi, Feb. 11: PFC Ltd., Maharatna PSU of Power sector declared very impressive results for Quarter 3 of current year 2021-22 on Friday. There has been 21% increase in Standalone Profit After Tax from 9M’21 – PAT at Rs. 7,412 cr. for 9M’22.vs.Rs.6,117 cr. for 9M’21. The company offered an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6 per share declared in Q3’22 according to the company Press Note issued after Board Meeting.
Thus, so far PFC has given an interim dividend of Rs.10.75 per share in three Quarters of the year. Healthy CRAR quarter on quarter. CRAR as on 31.12.2021 is 22.68% with Tier I capital of 19.07% and Tier II capital of 3.61%.
PFC on 09th Feb 2022 has been awarded the prestigious ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) silver award for excellence in financial reporting for the financial year 2020-21 in ‘Public Sector Entities’ category.
An increase of 23% in Consolidated Profit After Tax from 9M’21 – PAT at Rs. 14,483 cr. for 9M’22.vs.Rs.11,810 cr. for 9M’21 and 7% increase in revenue from operations from 9M’21- Revenue from operations at Rs. 57,409 cr. for 9M’22.
16% increase in Net Interest Income from 9M’21 – Net Interest Income at Rs. 22,843 cr. for 9M’22 vs.Rs.19,678 cr. for 9M’21.
For 9 months of 2021-22 a 21% increase in Standalone Profit After Tax from 9M’21 – PAT at Rs. 7,412 cr. for 9M’22.vs.Rs.6,117 cr. for 9M’21.
