Pilot seeks investigation in transfers of teachers

Jaipur, Nov 17 (UNI) Former Rajasthan deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot has demanded investigation over the alleged corruption in transfers of teachers in the state and said that Congress had promised to give honest and transparent government to the people.

Mr. Pilot said that we had assured the public to give a transparent and honest government, in this direction we have to work and if found deficiency in it, it should also be investigated.
Pilot said that the previous Bharatiya Janata Party government had broken the records of corruption, due to which the public had chosen us this time, which needs to be taken care of.
Corruption in Transfer of Teachers came to fore when Chief Minister Ashok Gahlot asked teachers whether money was exchanged for transfers, teachers replied in yes.
When asked about the expansion of the cabinet, Mr. Pilot said that it has been one and a half years since the conciliation committee was formed but now the party high command has made up its mind about it.
