Paytm’s loss comes in around 358 crores of rupees. The company’s revenue from operations climbed by 39.4 percent during the reported quarter, reaching 2,341.6 crore as compared to the previous quarter’s total of 1,679.6 crore, which was reported in June 2022.
On Friday, the fintech company One97 Communications, which operates under the Paytm brand, claimed that their loss has shrunk to Rs 358.4 crore. This news was announced in NEW DELHI.
During the same time period a year before, the company reported a loss totaling 645.4 billion rupees.The company’s revenue from operations climbed by 39.4 percent during the reported quarter, reaching 2,341.6 crore as compared to the previous quarter’s total of 1,679.6 crore, which was reported in June 2022.
In the April-June quarter of the fiscal year 2023-2024, the firm reported that their merchant payments volume (GMV) increased by 37% year over year to a total of Rs 4.05 lakh crore. According to the statement, “Paytm’s EBITDA before ESOP margin stood at 4% on the account of consistent improvement in profitability due to strong revenue growth, increasing contribution margin, and operating leverage.”
