Opp. nominee Yashwant Sinha also to visit Hyderabad today

Hyderabad: Yashwant Singh, the Presidential candidate of the opposition parties will be arriving in Hyderabad on Saturday morning on a campaign to seek support for his candidature.
On Saturday the BJP would also conduct its National Executive Meeting in this city.
The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has already announced its support to Sinha in the Presidential elections.
The TRS leadership will extend a grand reception to Sinha at Begumpet Airport and take him to a big bike rally to Jala Vihar in Necklace Road where a meeting is organized, according to party sources here.
TRS President and Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao will introduce party MLAs, MPs and MLCs to the presidential candidate.
After the meeting with TRS leaders, Sinha will interact with AIMIM MLAs separately. The party had earlier announced their support to Sinha.
After TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy announced that no party member would meet the Presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha during the latter’s visit to the city on Saturday, the Telangana Congress sought an appointment to meet him in New Delhi.
Mr. Revanth Reddy is strongly opposed to the idea of a meeting with Mr. Yashwant Sinha in Hyderabad as the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has made big plans to welcome the opposition parties’ nominee.
In view of the rally on the arrival of presidential candidate Sinha from Begumpet Airport to Jalavihar on Saturday, traffic restrictions will be in place in the city from 11am to 2pm.
A large gathering is expected from Begumpet Airport – Lifestyle – Somajiguda – Khairatabad – IMAX Rotary – PVNR Marg –Jala Vihar, which may lead to traffic congestion, according to a release here on Friday evening.
The release also stated that large numbers of political leaders are expected to move from Begumpet Airport towards HICC Novotel in Madhapur between 10 am to 6 pm through Punjagutta – KBR Park – Jubilee Hills Check Post – Road No. 36 – Madhapur which may lead to traffic congestion.
