Operation Sindoor: A Revenge with Many Messages!

67

India’s  Surgical Strike-2,  performed  mid-night today and appropriately named  as Operation Sindoor, has  not only  established  the military  capability of Indian Forces and political maturity of Indian  leadership– Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his  Team,  has succeeded in  sending  multiple  messages across the  Globe!

The 25-minute targetted attack on 9 prominent  militant training camps and head-quarters  of  notorious militant organisations like LeT, Al-Qaida, JeM, HuM etc.  working  across Indo-Pak borders, (about 100-150 km from LoC), were marked by Indian  stealth  missiles,  mainly to destroy the  terrorist  training facilities   from their very roots, and  has demonstrated  that India  has not  attacked civilian, government or military  facilities in  Pakistan, despite  several provocative  statements of  Pak  Army chief  Asim Munir and  their ministers like Bilawal Bhutto,  Tarar etc.,  prior to the  Pahalgam  terrorist   killings of 26  unarmed tourists on April 22, 2025 and later.

The multiple messages delivered by India to various recipients are : (i) to Pak based Terrorist  trainers, that they will be punished for their  nefarious acts against Indian citizens, at any cost and any place, (ii)  to Pakistan government functionaries that despite their  support to terrorism, this menace   will   be  uprooted,  despite their  having Atom Bombs and  threats of using against India  from  time to time,  (iii)  to International  Community,  that India is  a peace-loving country and  does not  attack civilians; and would avoid direct  war  against Pakistan, despite of provocations,  having superior fighting  might  with perfection, and  (iv) ultimately to Families of Pahalgam carnage victims,  alongwith 140 crores Indian citizens  that their  Govt.  will take quick and  perfect  revenge  against any  enemy  who  violates  their  safety  and security.

Indian Prime Minister  Modi, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and  Defence Minister Rajnath Singh  established direct  communication  links with  most World leaders  including  US President Trump,  Russian  President  Putin,  Israeli PM Netanyahu,  Australian PM  Albaneze, SG UNSC Antonio Guterres  and leaders of all major  countries  of the world  and got their nod for punishing those responsible for Pahalgam attack.

The midnight Operation Sindoor  conducted  by a  joint  team of  Indian Army and Air Force, as announced by  Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and  Foreign Secretary  Vikram Misri during the day  has almost demolished  nine targets in Pakistan viz., Muzaffrabad,  Bagh, Gulpur,  Bhimber, Kotli, Sialkot, Chak Amru, Muridke and Bahawalpur  where  100s of  Millitants were  getting  training  and it is understood over 120  of them, including  10  family  members of  Jaish e-Muhammed Chief Azhar Masdud   have been killed. This operation should  break the bone of  militancy  and discourage Pakistani youth  to desist taking this disastrous path.

Prime Minister Modi, as a   seasoned statesman,  has perfected   shrewd leadership  skills by  taking   his BJP   and  NDA colleagues into confidence to  make sure the development agenda of  Modi 3.0 government is not disturbed at any cost and has avoided escalating   war  during the last few years, inspite of  efforts by  highly provocative  neighbourhood comprising of  China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives and even  Sri Lanka at times.  Skirmishes with China  at Doklam in 2017, Pulwama attacks by Pak in 2019, Bangladesh political coup of 2024, its  Chief Advisor Mohd. Yunus’  recent diplomatic intrigues with   Chinese support,  diplomatic  anti-India  posturing by Muizzu govt. in Maldives since 2023,  are some of the  provocations  which could have  derailed India’s ecenomic progress, had Modi government  retaliated  militarily, instead of  calculated  calm  and  pragmatic  diplomacy.

The last message Operation Sindoor, conveys to the world is, clear and  concise: India  will continue its  March to   achieve its status- Viksit Bharat  before  celebrating its  100th Anniversary of Independence!
