Mumbai : Nora Fatehi, the celebrated dancer and actor, has shared her revamped workout routine, focusing on recovery and strength post-injury. The 32-year-old star revealed her fitness secrets in a recent video, showcasing her dedication to staying in shape.
Nora emphasized the importance of consistency, especially after sustaining an injury. “Ever since my injury, I’ve been more consistent at the gym. It’s really important for me to take working out seriously to recover fully. I’ve been focusing more on my core strength, leg strength, quads, glutes—pretty much my full body,” she said.
The video highlights her exercises, including tricep cable rows, cardio on the elliptical, leg presses, stair climbing, and other full-body workouts. She donned an all-black sports outfit, looking chic yet sporty, with a minimal makeup look and a half-up hairdo.
On the professional front, Nora recently appeared in Karan Aujla’s music video Aaye Haaye and Yo Yo Honey Singh’s Payal. Fans will soon see her in Be Happy, directed by Remo D’Souza, alongside Abhishek Bachchan. The movie, slated for release in 2025, explores the journey of a single father and his talented daughter aiming for success in a dance reality show.
