Nitin Gadkari, Devendra Fadnavis kickstart “Tiranga Padyatra” in Nagpur

Nagpur: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday kickstarted ‘Tiranga Padyatra’ organized by the BJP in Nagpur under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to mark 75th Independence Day.
As the country engrossed in celebration of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, Nitin Gadkari, Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra BJP Chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule and others were seen during “Tiranga Padyatra” here.
The slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, “Vande Mataram” echoed during the padyatra.
The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign has been launched here with great fervour and zeal.
Addressing the gathering, Fadnavis said the tricolour is not just a flag but a symbol of our self-awareness. Our soldiers get inspiration from this tricolour while fighting for the country.
A soldier dreams that if he wins war, he will wear the tricolour and if he attains martyrdom, he will be wrapped in it, Fadnavis added. (UNI)
