Mohan Bhagwat: With determination, patience and collective efforts we’ll conquer pandemic
New Delhi, May 15 (UNI) RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat said on Saturday that India would conquer the Covid-19 pandemic through determination, persistent efforts, patience and collective action.
He was speaking at the lecture series titled ‘Hum Jitenge- Positivity-Unlimited’.
Stressing that this is not the time for indulging in a blame game he said that all sections of society must put in collective efforts so that the country is able to conquer the pandemic.
Dr Bhagwat felt that after the first wave of the pandemic we were caught off guard and all this had a detrimental impact on several aspects including economy, education, employment etc.
The head of the voluntary cultural organization said that everyone must engage in service while taking precautions so as to make sure that they themselves remain healthy.
He advised people to actively support those organisations that are engaged in fighting Covid-19, he also asked people to be mindful of those families that are facing economic difficulties due to the pandemic and extend support to them in the way they can.
He advised people to make good use of the time that they have now as they are confined to their homes, he said people should avoid being idle but engage in enhancing their skills during this time.
Appealing to people to to keep their moral up for the sake of the nation Dr Bhagwat said
“success is not final, failure is not fatal, the courage to continue is the only thing that matters. Bharat is an ancient Nation and it has overcome several crisis in the past, this time also we will win, for this we have to keep Corona out of our body while our mind must be full of positivity. One shouldn’t despair but take a resolve to fight and win this battle. Humanity has overcome many such obstructions in the past and kept on moving ahead, it would continue to do so.”
