Dharamshala, Feb 4 (UNI) McLeodganj, the seat of the Tibetan government in exile, and the Dal Lake near here experienced snowfall for a second day on Friday disrupting life even as the Kangra Valley shivered due to a dip in the temperature. Kangra valley has been drenched since Wednesday night and the rains continued on Friday. McLeodganj and Dal Lake near Dharamshala experienced snowfall at noon on Friday much to the joy of locals and tourists. The temperature dipped below zero at both places. When the snowfall stopped, the entire McLeodganj tourist town was engulfed by thick fog.
