Aurangabad, Mar 01 (UNI) Mahavikas Agadhi state government constituent parties on Tuesday demanded immediate action should be taken against the state Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari for making deliberately remarks about great Maratha warrior Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. A delegation of Mahavikas Aghadi led by NCP District President Kailas Patil ,Sena MLC Ambhadas Danve, Congress city district president Hisham Osmani and rural president Dr Kalyan Kale met to the city police commissioner Dr Nikhil Gupta and submitted a memorandum in this regard. In their memorandum they mentioned that, During Mr Kushiyaki recent visit here to attend a function of Samrath Sammelan has deliberately made derogatory remarks about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the adored deity of unbroken Hindustan. They stated that Mr Koshiyari in his speech said that, who will ask Shivaji besides Samarth Ramdas. ‘Shahaji Maharaj was the inspiration of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Rajmata Jijau was his guru and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had respect for saints, but Koshyari deliberately used derogatory words, an insult to Chhatrapati Shivaji. The governor is not aware of the history of Chhatrapati Shivaji, They further stated. A number of prominent from all the MVA alliance parties were accompanied with them.
