K’taka CM asks Siddaramaiah: First clarify are you Aryan or Dravidian

Bengaluru: Reacting to Leader of Opposition in Karnataka Assembly and senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah’s remark that RSS men are not ‘native Indians’, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai asked the Congress leader to declare whether he was an ‘Aryan or a Dravidian’.
Replying to a question on Siddaramaiah’s comment that Prime Minister Narendra Modi cannot be compared to late Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, Bommai said, “It is true. Modi cannot be compared to Nehru. The late PM failed to take any stringent action when China attacked India and the country lost a chunk of its territory to it.”
“But Modi stood his ground and acted tough when China tried to violate international border norms. Modi did not compromise with Pakistan. He also preserved Indian unity and integrity. Modi has made India stronger. He certainly cannot be compared with Nehru,” Bommai said.(UNI)
