New Delhi, March 5 (UNI) Israel Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Saturday met Russian President Vladimir Putin at Kremlin to discuss the ongoing crisis in the region, Russian media outlets reported. This was an unannounced visit by the Israeli Prime Minister to Moscow. They held talks for nearly three hours at the time of filing this report, sources said. Israel NSA Dr Eyal Hulata, foreign policy advisor Shimrit Meir and Ukraine-born Minister Zeev Elkin were also present. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly asked Israeli Prime Minister Bennett for mediation to stop the Russian attacks, reports said. Kremlin has also been reported as saying that the visit of the Israeli Prime Minister was mutually arranged.
