IAS Anupama Anjali Assumes charge as Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh

Mahendragarh, Haryana – In a significant administrative development, IAS officer Anupama Anjali of the 2018 batch has officially taken charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh.

Her appointment was effective as of April 17, 2026, following a broader reshuffle of administrative positions by the Haryana Government on April 16, 2026.

Anupama Anjali steps into this pivotal role after serving as the Administrator of the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in Faridabad. She succeeds Manoj Kumar, who previously held the position.

Known for her dedication and proactive approach to governance, Anjali is expected to bring fresh energy and vision to Mahendragarh’s administrative framework.

On her first day in office, the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner wasted no time in getting acquainted with her responsibilities. She began her tenure by conducting inspections of several key departments within the district.
