HP: Hamirpur Deputy Commissioner fixes dates of special Gram Sabha meetings

Hamirpur (HP), Oct 9 (UNI) The Deputy Commissioner, Debasweta Banik has fixed different dates for the Panchayats of all the development blocks of the district for the special Gram Sabha meetings in the district.
She has issued instructions to the officers of the concerned departments to be present in the Gram Sabha.
The meetings of the gram sabhas in the district will be held from October 11th to December 14th, 2021.
Under the 15th Finance Commission recommendations, the Gram Panchayat Development Plan for the year 2022-23 will be prepared in all the Gram Panchayats of the district.
To make a shelf for this scheme, a special meeting of Gram Sabha will be held in every Panchayat, in which officers of the concerned departments will also be present.
She has appealed to all the district residents to participate in special gram sabhas and make shelves for the development of their respective areas so that proper funds were given to all the gram panchayats of the district.
