Haryana playing key role in PM Modi’s ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ campaign: CM Saini
Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said whenever Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi speaks of Aatmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), he always mentions Haryana. Haryana has played a significant role from the very beginning in every campaign. MSMEs are the backbone of the economy, and the government is continuously promoting them. Nearly 15 lakh youth in the state have gained employment through MSMEs. As a result, Haryana has also received the National Award for MSMEs. The Chief Minister was speaking on Monday at a workshop organized under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan at Babain in the Ladwa Assembly constituency.
Nayab Singh Saini said with the campaigns of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Swadeshi launched by Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the country’s economy has reached the fourth position in the world.
Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the Central Government has launched several initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India and Skill India to make the nation self-reliant. By adopting these schemes, the country is becoming not only self-reliant but also self-sustaining.
He said the Prime Minister has set a vision for a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047. To achieve this vision, it is first necessary to build a self-reliant India. He added that the purpose of such workshops is to connect as many people as possible.
He called upon the workers to spread the government’s policies, rules, schemes, and campaigns to every citizen so that the general public may avail the benefits of these initiatives.
