Haryana CM Saini hosts Nihang Sangat and honours Guru ke Sinhs-Guru Gobind Singh ji ki Akaal Sena
Chandigarh: In a pious and glittering ceremony held at Sant Kabir Kutis Chandigarh it was a memorable Akal Sena ka Samagam. Beginning with roaring Fateh jaikara chants, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini called upon the Nihang leaders and Sangat to help India be a great, safe- surakshit and progressing nation. He recalled Guru Gobind Singh ji’s calls for Dharam Ki Raksha and helping (Sewa) suffering poor and women facing moughal tyranny those days.
He told the Sangat about a Vidhan Sabha resolution to give job letters to 1984 Riot affected families. He also mentioned that last month on Bal Balidan Divas 121 families of those Sikhs who suffered in 1984 riots, were invited and handed over Letters of Appointment by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Nihang leaders were also honoured by the CM with shawls and Saropas earlier, before the ceremony began. It was a very poignant and amiable gatherting of Hindu-Sikh Bhaichara.
