‘Free POK slogans’ raised in Rajnath’s BJP rally at Jaisinghpur, Kangra

Palampur: Slogans of PoK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) started in an election rally of BJP in Himachal at Jaisinghpur in Kangra district which was being addressed by the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday.
These slogans were raised today in the election public meeting of BJP’s star campaigner Rajnath Singh in Jaisinghpur of district Kangra. As soon as the Union Defence Minister reached Jaisinghpur to hold an election meeting, people there started raising slogans of “PoK should be brought back to Indian territory” in front of him. On which Rajnath Singh started smiling and told people to be patient.
Let us inform you that earlier about a week ago, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh had said something similar in Kashmir at Shaurya Diwas function. The Defence Minister had challenged Pakistan that what Pakistan has done to PoK will have to face dire consequences.
In Kashmir, Rajnath Singh had said that we have started the development of Kashmir and will not stop till we reach Gilgit-Baltistan.
After the Defence Minister’s claim two days ago in Srinagar, Chinar Corps Commander Lt Gen ADS Aujla had said that the Indian Army is fully prepared to retake the remaining parts of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The army is only waiting for the orders of the government.
The gathering at Jaisinghpur was calm only when Rajnath Singh expressed a smile and asked them to have patience.
He said that the BJP government will repeat the government both in Himachal and Gujrat where the polls are being held next month announcement of which was made today by the Election Commission of India.
Earlier Rajnath Singh addressed the public in Solan district and later in the evening another rally at Dehra in this district. (UNI)
