Four districts of Punjab get new DC
Chandigarh:Four districts of Punjab got new Deputy Commissioners on Monday. As per the official orders, Himanshu Aggarwal (2014-batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Patiala, replacing Varjeet Walia (2018-batch).
In a corresponding move, Varjeet Walia has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar.

Aakash Bansal (2019-batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Kapurthala in place of Amit Kumar Panchal.
Meanwhile, Amit Kumar Panchal (2016-batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Sri Muktsar Sahib, replacing Abhijeet Kaplish (2015-batch). Abhijeet Kaplish will now serve as Director, Mines and Geology.
