Dy CM Randhawa orders DGP to probe Capt Amarinder’s friend Aroosa Alam’s ISI connection
Jalandhar, Oct 22 (UNI) Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, who also holds
the portfolio of Home Ministry, has ordered DGP Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota to probe the links of former
Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s Pakistan journalist friend Aroosa Alam with the Pakistan’s
Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI).
On the sidelines of the Police Commemoration Day observed at the PAP complex here on Thursday, Randhawa said that it was pertinent to probe the matter as Aroosa Alam had put a stay at the official residence of the former chief minister which is a most sensitive matter pertaining to the security of the nation.
He said that Aroosa being a guest of Capt Amarinder Singh had been visiting him for the past several years.
