Dy CM Mukesh Agnihotri flags off electric taxi

Una (HP): Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri inaugurated Himachal Road Transport Corporation’s Ride with Pride – electric taxi service from Haroli to Una Monday. During this, he also traveled in an e-taxi from Haroli to Rampur bridge.
On this occasion, Agnihotri said the e-taxi will reach Una via Rampur-Haroli Bridge. He said earlier there was no bus facility on this route.
The deputy Chief Minister said people of Samnal and Haroli would reach Una from Haroli within about 20 minutes by e-taxi. He said e-taxis are pollution free. This e-taxi service will make about five trips a day from Una to Haroli.
Agnihotri said senior citizens and children would be given concessions in fare. He said the taxi service has been fixed at Rs 15 to 20 for senior citizens and children and Rs 20 to 30 for general passengers. He said the arrival and departure time of the taxi service would be prepared according to the demand of the people. (UNI)
