CM Mann: Wish Jathedar Harpreet Singh had issued ultimatum on sacrilege

Chandigarh: Punjab chief minister on Tuesday said that it would have been better if Shri Akal Takht Jathedar Gyani Harpreet Singh had issued ultimatum on the incident of sacrilege.
Mr. Mann in a tweet said that it was an open secret that Jathedar and SGPC have been used by Badal family of Shiromani Akali Dal.
Chief minister said he wished Jathedar had issued an ultimatum about sacrilege and not to incite youth.
On Monday, Jathedar Gyani Harpreet Singh had issued 24-hour ultimatum to release youth arrested during ongoing crackdown on Amritpal and his associates.
