Chief Minister Partakes in Prasad with community members at Valmiki Temple
Chandigarh : Setting a unique example of simplicity and social harmony, Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday joined members of the Valmiki community and residents of Indira Colony in Panchkula for Prasad, which he partook as his evening meal at the Valmiki Temple located in the colony. The Chief Minister arrived at Indira Colony directly after addressing a district-level Prashikshan Shivir at the PWD Rest House in Panchkula, where he attended as the Chief Guest. Traveling in an electric bus, he conveyed a message on fuel conservation and environmental protection. Upon reaching the Valmiki Temple, Sh Nayab Singh Saini offered prayers to Maharishi Valmiki and sought his blessings before interacting with local residents and community members. Partook in prasad while seated on the ground In a remarkable display of humility and simplicity, Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini sat on the ground to partake in the Prasad served by women of the community. During the interaction, he engaged in warm and heartfelt conversations with local residents and inquired about their well-being. The residents of the colony expressed immense joy at the Chief Minister’s presence among them, while Sh Nayab Singh Saini graciously accepted greetings and interacted warmly with the people. Warm welcome extended by local Residents Upon his arrival at Indira Colony, Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini received a warm welcome from local residents, including women, senior citizens, and children. Residents remarked that the humility and warmth displayed by the Chief Minister while sitting among the common people to partake in the Prasad had truly won everyone’s hearts. They further stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana Government is continuously undertaking commendable initiatives for the welfare and upliftment of every section of society. Among those present on the occasion were Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma, Kalka MLA Shakti Rani Sharma, former Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Gian Chand Gupta, State Vice President Banto Kataria, District President Ajay Mittal, newly elected Mayor Shyam Lal Bansal, Prashikshan Shivir Observer Sanjay Sharma, along with several other dignitaries.
