Every permitted vehicle or bus is insured on a particular route in case of any eventuality passengers can’t be compensated. In Bilaspur Congress could win only Naina Devi seat but party may give fight on all seats as people have no expectations from BJP. Disconnect of BJP leaders on the ground including Subhash Thakur also posing big threat for ruling party. JP Nadda have given ticket to two of loyalists including Mr. Jamwal and Garg however Ticket to Randhir Sharma (Naina Devi) and sitting MLA Jeet Ram Kotwal (Jhanduta) is given to Dhumal loyalists.
