Azam shedding crocodile’s tears: Keshav Maurya
Rampur (UP): Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Maurya on Monday said that Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Mohammad Azam Khan is shedding crocodile’s tears but the emotional blackmailing and dramatics will not affect the public of Rampur.
Addressing an election meeting in support of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Akash Saxena alias Honey for Rampur assembly seat by-poll, Maurya said, “The people of Rampur understand this drama.”
He said that now Muslims are having a change of heart and they are voting in favour of BJP. “Muslims have become disenchanted with SP and considering the policies of BJP are voting in the favour of the party,” he said.
Maurya said that Azam committed a lot of atrocities, exploitation, harassment on the people during the SP regime and there is resentment among the public. “There is enthusiasm for BJP in the public,” he said. (UNI)
