Ayurveda doctors practicing Yoga to the people through virtual medium
'AYUSH Ghar-Dwar' campaign of HP govt is benefitting common residents of the state
Hamirpur, Jun 11 (UNI) In the second phase of the ‘AYUSH Ghar-Dwar’ campaign launched by the Himachal Pradesh government, apart from the corona infected people, now common people are also getting important information regarding Yoga and Ayurveda at home. They are practicing Yoga especially Meditation and Pranayama through virtual medium in association with Ayurvedic practitioners.
District Ayush Officer Dr. Sarita Rana informed that four groups have been formed for the second phase of the campaign in the Hamirpur district. The first group includes common people and people with low immunity due to some reason. Corona infected patients in the second group, elderly people in the third group, children above 6 years of age, pregnant and lactating women, Ayurvedic doctors and employees have been kept.
People who have recovered after corona infection have been kept in the fourth group.
In Hamirpur district also very good results are coming out of ‘AYUSH Ghar-Dwar’s campaign.
District AYUSH officer said that Ayurvedic doctors were practicing yoga to people in these different groups every day and were giving many important information related to Ayurveda.
On Wednesday also, Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Shivani Sharma and other doctors connected with the common people through virtual mediums and got them to practice yoga. A large number of children and elders also participated in these sessions, claimed the District Ayush officer.
