Anurag Thakur rules out any leadership change in Himachal

Kangra: November 6- ( UNI) by Ashok Raina: Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Mr. Anurag Thakur on Saturday, put aside the rumor of leadership change in the state following the defeat of the saffron party in the recent byelections in three assembly and in one parliament constituency, said that there will be no change in the state leadership in this hill state and added that it was a rumor spread by the media.
Anurag Thakur was in this temple town on Saturday to mourn the death of senior Congress leader and former minister G S Bali who passed away recently after prolonged illness at AIIMS New Delhi.
The Union Minister visited the Mazdoor Kuteer residence of G S Bali in this town and condoled the death of senior Congress leader. He expressed his sympathies with Raghubir Singh Bali the only son of late G S Bali.
He said that Bali was a member of his family and by his death he has lost his family member.
Anurag said that Bali was a man with potential who grew from this small town and developed his contacts throughout the country. He lauded the contribution of Congress leader Bali and said that his incomplete dreams of development for people will be made to reach its logical conclusion.
In reply to a question regarding the recent set back to BJP in the byelections the Union Minister said that both party and the government will put the heads together to ponder over the reasons for this defeat. He also ruled out the possibility of any change in the state leadership on the pattern of Gujrat and Uttarakhand.
